1. Schedule Your Reservation Early

Planning ahead guarantees your dog a spot, particularly during peak travel seasons like holidays or ski weekends. A phone call with one of our Reservation Specialists makes scheduling simple. 

2. Review Vaccine Requirements

All guests must be up to date on their vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella. This keeps your dog, and all of our guests, healthy and safe. So, be sure to send us your pet’s vaccination records in advance.

3. Pack Smart (And Light)

We provide premium food for both dogs and cats, but you’re also welcome to bring your pet’s own meals. If your dog has dietary restrictions or sensitivities, pre-portion their meals into clearly labeled resealable bags. 

If your pup takes medication, include it in the original packaging with clear instructions. Please note that our team is happy to administer oral or topical medications, but we cannot give injections. A small administration fee also applies. 

We ask that you leave toys, bedding, and bowls at home. Why? We offer cozy bedding and plenty of enrichment right here. Plus, keeping personal items at home reduces the risk of loss or damage.

4. Make Drop-Off Day Stress-Free

The day of your dog’s arrival, allow yourself a little extra time to help them transition comfortably. Be calm and positive. Dogs pick up on our energy. We’ll take things from there. Our expert team specializes in making guests feel right at home from the moment they arrive.
